Requirements
- Good at finding parts that can be digitized or optimized from interviews
- Have experience with introducing digital tools, platforms, and information systems (PM role)
- Habitually use digital tools to manage requirements and projects, resources, and personnel arrangements
- Good at communicating with users, finding digitalization scenarios from daily processes
- Love to research, try out new tools, and often apply them to possible work scenarios
