Software Architect – Enterprise Private Cloud Infrastructure & AI Workloads

Wind River is a global leader in delivering software for mission-critical intelligent systems. We are seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead the definition, evolution, and technical strategy for our enterprise-focused platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and product development, with at least 5 years in cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise markets
• Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure requirements: security, compliance, scalability, performance optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery
• Proven expertise in Kubernetes, OpenStack, and enterprise-grade automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Argo CD)
• Experience with observability and analytics platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Elastic Stack, OpenSearch)
• Solid understanding of AI/ML workload orchestration in cloud environments, including GPU scheduling, data pipeline management, and inference serving
• Familiarity with cloud-native standards (CNCF projects, CSI, CNI) and multi-cloud/hybrid cloud architectures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
