Job Description
Apartment Service Tech II role at Windsor at Dallas, requiring intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, with a rotating on-call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance
- Familiarity with building safety systems including fire systems
- Ability to use smart devices and property management software
- Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
- EPA Type II certification or ability to become certified within 90 days
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification or ability to become certified within 90 days
