Apartment Service Manager

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance tasks, work orders, unit turnover, and emergency repairs at a garden-style apartment community. The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and technical skills, with a focus on creating a positive team environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role
• Familiarity with budget monitoring and contract management
• Experience ordering supplies, creating purchase orders, and processing invoices
• Experience managing, scheduling and overseeing vendors, contractors and suppliers
