Area Leasing Consultant I for Windsor Communities, responsible for maximizing earning potential, building a rewarding career, and creating experiences for residents. Conduct personalized tours, use persuasive selling techniques to secure leases, and collaborate with teams across multiple properties.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience meeting and exceeding quotas in a commission-driven environment
• Proven sales success, with a bonus-driven mentality and direct, first-hand experience closing deals with customers
• Weekend availability to capture peak leasing traffic
• Energetic & engaging personality, with high energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Experience in high-touch, customer-facing industries, such as Automotive Sales, Time Share & Vacation Ownership Sales, Real Estate Sales, Financial Services & Insurance Sales, Tech & SaaS Sales, Medical Device & Pharmaceutical Sales, Recruitment & Staffing Sales
