We're seeking a motivated, results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Area Leasing Consultant. You'll be responsible for engaging prospective residents, showcasing our luxury apartment homes, and driving occupancy. Requirements
- Strong sales background with experience in sales, leasing, retail, pharmaceutical, medical sales, hospitality, or real estate preferred
- Closers mindset with ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and seal the deal
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with people from all backgrounds
- Goal-oriented drive with motivation by targets and incentives
- Tech-savviness with familiarity with CRM systems, property management software, or digital marketing a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends
