Requirements
- Become an expert in our communities and the local market to engage and convert prospects.
- Conduct personalized tours and use persuasive selling techniques to secure leases.
- Follow up with leads and build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple properties (1-4 communities) to maximize leasing success.
- Get creative and help implement marketing strategies and social media outreach to boost occupancy.
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience meeting and exceeding quotas in a commission-driven environment.
- Have direct, first-hand experience closing deals with customers—not just answering questions.
- Have a strong commission structure with additional incentives for top performers.
- Have a bonus-driven mentality and be motivated by performance-based incentives.
- Be available to work weekends to capture peak leasing traffic.
- Be energetic and engaging, bringing high energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every interaction.
- Have experience in high-touch, customer-facing industries including: Automotive Sales (Luxury & General), Time Share & Vacation Ownership Sales, Real Estate Sales (New Homes, Leasing, Brokerage), Financial Services & Insurance Sales, Tech & SaaS Sales (High-Ticket Inside/Outside Sales), Medical Device & Pharmaceutical Sales, Recruitment & Staffing Sales.
