Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of retail management experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team of up to 25 employees. Responsibilities include driving sales, finding and retaining great talent, and maintaining a neat and tidy store.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
• Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings
• Ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
• Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
