Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for managing all store operations, loss prevention, and making decisions that directly affect store performance and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven leadership experience, ability to develop and motivate a team, and excellent communication skills. The role involves coaching and motivating employees, controlling store shrink, and ensuring compliance with company operations, policies, and procedures.
