Job Description
Windsor is looking for a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, loss prevention, and make decisions that affect store performance and profitability. The Store Manager is responsible for achieving store and company overall profitability expectations, treating customers and co-workers with dignity and respect, and ensuring compliance with company operations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- 1 year Retail Management experience or 6 months at Windsor working at a store
- Proven leadership experience, ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- Effective communication skills
