Job Description
Windward Consulting is seeking a Dynatrace Consultant to help customers adopt and maximize the value of Dynatrace technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace deployments, a strong understanding of Dynatrace architecture and best practices, and excellent consultative skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynatrace engineer or consultant
- Dynatrace Associate certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience deploying, managing, and supporting Dynatrace environments
- Strong understanding of Dynatrace architecture, best practices, and core capabilities
- Hands-on expertise with OneAgent and ActiveGate deployment, troubleshooting, and extensions
- Experience creating and managing management zones, dashboards, alerts, and reports
- Experience analyzing performance data across applications, systems, and networks
- Grail and Dynatrace log management experience or foundational knowledge
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
