Part Time Corporate Event Operations Manager

WCF Events is seeking a part-time Corporate Event Operations Manager to join their events management team. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of corporate events, ensuring exceptional quality and customer service. The position requires strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple events.

Requirements

• Managing and "Owning" the day of execution of several different types of corporate events
• Set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs and other event equipment
• Managing part time staff and dealing with staff concerns
• Managing event setup and breakdown
• Acting as a point of contact for all event clients
• Handling complaints with professionalism
• Reporting concerns to management
• Driving a box truck (preferred)
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs
• Ability to present ideas, expectations and information concisely
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
