Music + Entertainment Event Operations Staff (Seasonal Part-Time)

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is seeking a Part-Time Music + Entertainment Event Operations Staff to assist with upcoming events at their amusement park and stadium. This role involves preparing venues for events, setting up equipment, coordinating seating, and supporting ongoing maintenance. The position reports to the Music & Entertainment Operations Manager.

• Event day hours, with the ability to work long days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to organize assigned work, set time frames, prioritize, and meet goals.
• Ability to establish priorities and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Must be able to operate or train to operate heavy equipment.
• Must be able to multi-task and follow strict timelines.

• Must be comfortable being active for extended periods.
