Job Description
Wing is seeking a Remote Bookkeeper with a construction industry background to redefine the future of work. The role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, reconciling bank statements, assisting in budget preparation, processing payroll, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with project managers. They prioritize candidates who can successfully perform these tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and job costing is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong English communication skills: Reading, Writing, Speaking.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of cloud-based accounting tools.
