Job Description
The Client Operations Partner eliminates friction in client management by identifying work that can be delegated and extracting it quickly and confidently. This hands-on, client-facing role involves leading live shadowing sessions, converting messy workflows into clean SOPs, and working with VAs to ensure tight handoff and execution.
Requirements
- Lead live client shadowing sessions to extract work in real time
- Identify high-pain, high-impact tasks without waiting for client direction
- Convert messy workflows, brain dumps, and recordings into clean SOPs
- Audit inboxes, calendars, and digital tools to uncover instant delegation wins
- Deliver the first functional SOP within 48 hours of client onboarding
- Work in-office with Bench VAs to ensure tight handoff and execution
- Maintain client trust around access, security, and managed-office workflows
- Own early client outcomes, speed, and momentum end-to-end
