Job Description
Wing is seeking an English & Communication Coach to help virtual assistants and staff improve their communication skills. The role focuses on email and voice communication, setting expectations with clients, and developing an ESL upskilling program. The coach will conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions, assess communication patterns, and manage learning materials.
Requirements
- Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions.
- Assess communication patterns and provide feedback.
