Executive Assistant with Construction Industry Background

Wing is seeking a remote Executive Assistant with a construction industry background to redefine the future of work for companies worldwide. This role involves managing executive calendars, preparing reports related to construction projects, handling confidential information, coordinating communication, monitoring project timelines, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with the construction industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels (CEO, COO etc)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Familiarity with the construction industry and its operations is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of cloud-based systems and virtual communication tools
