Job Description
Wing is seeking a Founding Marketer to join M32 Labs, a venture-backed global team building agentic AI for SMBs globally. The role involves building a revenue engine from scratch with total autonomy and a significant budget.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing with a focus on B2B AI startups
- Proven track record of taking a product from 0 to 1M ARR
- Ability to execute high-velocity testing and optimize ad campaigns
- Experience with modern marketing tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Apollo
- Strong understanding of B2B sales psychology and ability to write copy that sells
