Job Description
General Virtual Assistant (Bilingual - English - Cantonese) responsible for procurement support, internal coordination, vendor/contractor liaison, and general administrative support. Must be bilingual (Chinese-English) with 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Chinese-English) - strong professional fluency required
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Background in construction project support or international vendor management is highly preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Business Central and/or Dynamics 365
