Job Description
Wing is seeking a bilingual General Virtual Assistant to redefine the future of work for companies. The role involves a wide range of duties, including data entry, research, communication, and organizational support. The position is remote and focuses on providing world-class team support for international operations.
Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant
- At least 18 years of age and completed Senior High School
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Solid organizational & time management skills
- Able to work on a graveyard shift
- Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
- Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained
