Marketer (Performance Marketing)

We're looking for a Performance Marketer who knows how to run ads that actually deliver results. You'll lead paid campaigns across multiple channels and focus on turning ad spend into real growth.

Requirements

• Lead hands-on ad creation and A/B testing
• Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and more
• Manage and scale ad budgets from $0 to $1M-$5M ARR range
• Optimize advertising budgets by scaling high-performing creative variants
• Monitor key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and creative fatigue
