Job Description
Wing is seeking a VA Onboarding Specialist to provide comprehensive onboarding experiences for new Virtual Assistants. This role will manage the entire onboarding process, ensuring new hires are equipped with the tools, training, and culture necessary for success. The specialist will collaborate with multiple teams, track progress, and gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding workflow.
Requirements
- Manage and execute the end-to-end onboarding process.
- Conduct orientation sessions covering company policies, tools, and performance expectations.
- Maintain clear communication with new hires.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with various teams (Talent, Training, Operations, People Ops, Compliance).
