Job Description
Wing is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their Manufacturing and Supply Chain team in Chennai, India. The role involves driving the resolution of manufacturing issues in a CM environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovative drone technology and possess strong manufacturing process development and optimization skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical field
- Strong manufacturing background in developing robust and repeatable processes
- Experience with PCB and SMT processes and knowledge of coating application is a plus
- 3D CAD software experience
- Understanding of GD&T principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
