Staff Design Reliability Engineer

Wing is looking for a Staff Design Reliability Engineer to join their Design for Excellence (DFX) team in Palo Alto, California. The role involves leading design for test initiatives, being a testing expert, driving design improvements, championing data-driven decisions, mentoring and guiding, developing and executing comprehensive test plans, analyzing test results, and developing test automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in hardware testing and reliability engineering, with a proven track record of delivering significant impact
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies, reliability engineering principles, and tools
• Extensive experience with hardware validation testing, data analysis, and statistical modeling
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with reliability software tools
• Knowledge of industry standards related to hardware testing
• Familiarity with hardware design tools (e.g., CAD software, schematic capture tools)
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test automation
