Job Description
Wing is seeking a Staff Failure Analysis Engineer to join its team focused on reliability and safety of their drone delivery solutions. The role involves investigating failures on key systems like BMS, motors, and ESCs, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and improving design. This position is critical for ensuring aircraft safety and reliability and play a crucial role in NPI.
Requirements
- Perform failure analysis investigations on mechanical, electrical, and material components.
- Troubleshoot failures using schematics and fault isolation techniques.
- Translate physical failure evidence into actionable root-cause conclusions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support NPI, Design Validation, and Production Qualification.
