Job Description
We're building a dedicated engineering team for an exciting new project. As a senior engineer, you'll work on a greenfield project at the intersection of autonomous systems, hardware, and software. You'll join a small, senior team where your impact is direct and immediate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in aerospace, robotics, UAV, or safety-critical systems
- Strong foundation in your core discipline
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work with ambiguity and evolving requirements
- High personal standards for quality and engineering rigour
- Fluent English; German is a plus
