Lead the Mech & Aero team by setting priorities, assigning tasks, and reviewing/signing off deliverables. Ensure team efficiency through mentoring, training, and continuous improvement. Plan and develop team capacities and skills to meet project objectives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
- 10+ years in a similar or senior position, ideally in aerospace or drones, with proven success in delivering results
- Strong team leadership and organisational skills
- Good overview of functions of an aircraft (all departments in engineering and production)
- Extensive experience in FEM and CFD, including handcalcs, processes, methods and (SW-)tools
- CAD Systems expertise (Catia, 3DExperience)
- Hands-on experience in prototyping and testing
- Solid understanding of composite design
- Full proficiency in English language
