Working Student Industrialization (m/f/d)

Assist in analyzing production flow and implementing improvements for ergonomics, quality, and efficiency. Maintain and improve work instructions and production documentation. Support continuous improvement topics and shopfloor problem solving.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Production/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field for at least 2 more semesters
• Interest in industrialization, lean manufacturing and working in a hands-on shopfloor environment
• First experience with CAD/PLM tools (ideally CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE) and/or 3D printing is a plus
• Structured, reliable and eager to learn, able to work independently on clearly defined tasks
• Good German and English skills
