Provide technical support to end-users, resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Familiarity with network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) a plus
