Job Description
Fort Myers Broadcasting Company is seeking a revenue-driven Radio Sales Manager to lead and grow our radio sales team in Southwest Florida. The ideal candidate will drive new business growth, elevate rate integrity, and build a culture of disciplined revenue performance.
Requirements
- Proven success in radio or media sales
- Leadership experience preferred (top producers ready to lead will be considered)
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Professional presence with clients and internal teams
- High accountability and follow-through
