Job Description
We are seeking a Web Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in web application development to work on a contract basis in Cupertino, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS, and experience with Ember.js and other relevant technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in web application development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS
- Experience with JavaScript MVC frameworks and libraries (especially Ember.js and jQuery)
- Experience with CSS preprocessors, particularly SASS
- Experience using Git and GitHub
- Experience with RESTful APIs (bonus points for experience with JSON API)
- Ability to create documentation and well-commented code
- Self-starter with good communication skills, who can work independently
