The role involves managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
- Less than 1 year of supervisory experience
- A current driver's license in good standing
- HUD, Project Based Section 8 and Low-Income Tax Credit (LITHC) experience
- Experience with various computer systems, including Microsoft Office
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities
