WinnCompanies is looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations and serve as a leader for maintenance staff in the South New Jersey & Philadelphia, PA Area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in regional residential maintenance, multisite (10 or more properties)
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in affordable housing and NSPIRE inspections
- Understands budget and capital expenditure
- Demonstrated skills or experience in general maintenance or construction
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and Real Page preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in small teams by offering ideas and identifying issues.
- Travel to various properties in South New Jersey and Philadelphia, PA at least 4 days a week (70% travel)
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
