Job Description
WinnCompanies is looking for a General Maintenance Technician to join our military housing team located in Fort Campbell, KY. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds and parking lots.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Current driver's license in good standing
- Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring or appliances
- Ability to provide basic tools and equipment necessary to perform daily duties
