Maintenance Supervisor II (Southwood)

WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor II to oversee maintenance operations at Southwood Residences in Morrow, Georgia. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, performing maintenance functions, and ensuring the physical condition of the property meets ownership and management objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC
• CAMT certification
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding supervisory skills
