Job Description
CloudTen is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Reserve at Fernhill in Forest Grove, Oregon. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained community. This role involves directing maintenance staff, prioritizing work schedules, controlling expenses, and adhering to safety programs.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is preferred.
- Prior Supervisory experience is required.
- Reliable transportation available and have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
