Maintenance Supervisor

CloudTen is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their Canyon Ridge property in Reno, Nevada. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance, as well as the supervision of maintenance staff. They will ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and clean, responding to resident requests and controlling expenses.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is preferred.
• Prior Supervisory experience is required.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
