Job Description
CloudTen is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical maintenance of two income-producing multifamily properties in Portland and Beaverton, Oregon. This full-time role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating activities, ensuring property upkeep, responding to resident requests, and adhering to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience and a strong attention to detail, contributing to a positive living experience for residents.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is preferred.
- Prior Supervisory experience is required.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance is required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
