Job Description
The Medication Aide at WRH Clinic assists patients with activities of daily living, provides nursing care under the direction of a nurse/LPN, and delivers oral medications. This position requires a commitment to patient safety, infection prevention, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Certification from a state approved program for nursing assistant or completion of in-house certification program.
- Ability to perform oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of growth and development over the life span and skills necessary to provide age appropriate care.
- Must comply with the Corporate Compliance Policy and all laws, rules, regulations and standards of conduct relating to the position.
