Job Description
Administrative Assistant role supporting the Chief Financial Officer at Shared Health, leading the planning and integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba.
Requirements
- Three years' experience providing secretarial and administrative support.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP timekeeping.
- High school education, Manitoba Standards, required.
- Completion of an office administration course preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with other staff, as well as senior personnel.
- Ability to work independently.
