Job Description
Diagnostic Imaging Assistant performs a variety of Diagnostic Imaging support functions, including patient transport, clerical duties, and supply inventory. The role requires a safe environment and compliance with quality assurance programs.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years recent relevant experience, preferably in a Diagnostic Imaging environment.
- Health Care Aide certificate (certified) from a recognized educational institution is required.
- Must have and maintain current BCLS certification.
- Ability to work co-operatively and courteously with patients and hospital personnel.
- Flexibility and independence in planning work and the ability to make priority decisions in carrying out daily activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively, oral and written.
