Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide senior administrative support to the CEO or Vice President, organizing and prioritizing independently, and ensuring that all work is completed within established timeframes. The role involves developing, maintaining, and updating databases, preparing reports, and reviewing and recommending new office/administrative procedures for the portfolio.
Requirements
- Five years' experience in a senior administrative position
- Experience with email and computerized calendars
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Experience recording and preparing minutes and agendas
