Job Description
The Manager Health Services oversees and manages inter-disciplinary team(s) to deliver safe, effective, and efficient health services. They inspire and lead staff to adopt patient/resident/client-centred care pathways and service delivery models.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of leadership experience in a patient/resident/client care setting
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant health discipline
- Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of relevant professional regulatory requirements and legislated acts
