Job Description
The Material Handler will provide a multifunctional role within Distribution & Logistics, performing a variety of duties to ensure the facility acquires and maintains the required supply, delivery and inventory management within a computerized environment. The incumbent must be an effective communicator, provide excellent customer service, and demonstrates the ability to work closely and cooperatively with others within the hospital setting.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Previous experience with warehousing, receiving, stocking and storage, linen, and distribution of supplies
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
- Recognized and in good standing forklift license
