Winnow is a scale-up stage company working to solve the problem of food waste through technology. The company is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of its enterprise client base across French-speaking markets. The role will involve identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with strategic clients, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales or SaaS sales.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing complex deals.
- Experience selling technology solutions or digital products to large corporate clients is preferred.
- A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working in a high-performing sales environment, ideally within an international organisation.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategic account management.
- Experience within sectors such as hospitality, technology or sustainability solutions would be considered an advantage.
- A university degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
