Health and Human Services Supervisor - Public Health

The Winona County Health and Human Services Department is seeking a leader and visionary ready to take on a supervisory role responsible for Public Health.

Requirements

• Lead cross-departmental initiatives to design, integrate, and improve innovative services requiring strategic resource allocation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage departmental operations, staff supervision, and public wellbeing programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Lead community outreach and represent the department on boards and committees.
• Build partnerships with agencies and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and public wellbeing.
• Direct reporting, documentation, data systems, quality assurance, productivity standards, and continuous improvement efforts.
