Job Description
Winona County is seeking temporary, seasonal Seasonal Highway Maintenance Laborers to perform general physical duties in the maintenance of the County's highways. Preference will be given to those who apply early.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent G.E.D.
- Valid drivers license with no serious driving violations nor repetitive accident histories
- Experience using various hand tools and small power tools
- High level of safety awareness
- Good hand/eye coordination, reflexes, and manual dexterity
- Background or exposure to farming, construction, logging, outdoor maintenance, landscape work, or previous highway maintenance work is highly desirable
