Licensed Practical Nurse Watkins

LPN position at Winona Senior Services, Watkins Manor, Winona, MN. Part-Time, 2nd shift, 40 hours a pay period, every other weekend and holiday. Provides nursing care to residents and exercises nursing judgment through the nursing process. Must have LPN license, CPR certification, and basic computer skills.

Requirements

• Works with the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs
• Accurate and efficient documentation of resident care and medication information
• Supervised unlicensed staff and delegation of duties
• Assumes nurse charge responsibility after hours, on weekends, and in the absence of an RN on duty
