Senior Web Designer

Winona is looking for a Senior Web Designer to help bring strategy to life through clean, user-centered web designs. The Senior Web Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for complex web projects, develop and drive design strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on web design
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered, high-impact website designs
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of design systems and responsive design
• Solid grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers (basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience working in fast-paced or agile environments
• Skilled in utilizing user research, journey mapping, and A/B testing to validate design directions and drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience contributing to or scaling design systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions clearly
