GRANTS & SUBCONTRACT MANAGER BILINGUE - WEECAP

The Grants and Subcontracts Manager will oversee the grant and subcontract cycle for WEECAP's grantees and subcontractors in Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, and Senegal, ensuring compliance with policies and supporting organizational capacity building.

Requirements

• Oversee the full grant and subcontract cycle, including solicitation, procurement, negotiation, implementation, and closeout
• Ensure compliance with Winrock International and Mastercard Foundation policies
• Support the organizational capacity of grantee and subcontractor partners
